We are part way through a timber framed construction, designed by a local architect. This building incorporates many different products, such as GRP window cills & concealed gutters, solid colour render finish along with English Oak and Redwood Pine. This was an existing single story, single skin brick extension. We completed a full demolishion down to and including the concrete slab. We then cast a new reinforced C35 concrete slab. From this the whole of the timber frame was constructed, including a 600mm projection over one end of the concrete oversite. January & February 2007.We have been awarded several contracts within BS2 Lofts new development in Bristol. The former sugar factory has now been converted into 20 open plan apartments in the centre of Bristol. Nearly all of the apartments have now sold, and as the new purchasers start to move in, some are starting to put their own mark on the space by means of dividing some of the space into large bedrooms and storage areas. Dybowski Building services have now completed 6 of these apartments with more quotes being submitted each week. we are also waiting for 3 more quotes to be returned. Some of the products used to create spaces are new acrylic glass blocks laid in standard timber or metal stud wall. We have also used Sand Blasted glass and acid etch films. If you would like a fixed quotation please use are contact details just to left. If you are or have bought an apartment and are thinking about the division of the space please call the mobile number during office hours to arrange a viewing of the completed apartments as we are on site most of the time throughout the month of March.
